Sirico for School Board

I’m Kaitlyn Sirico, a Union County parent and small business owner running for School Board in District 3.

I believe strong schools start with supporting the teachers and staff who show up for our students every day. When educators feel respected, heard, and supported, students thrive. I’m committed to listening to those working in our schools and advocating for the resources and communication they need to do their jobs well.

I’m also running to bring greater transparency and clarity to school board decisions. Families deserve to understand how decisions are made and to feel confident that their voices matter. Union County is my home, and I’m committed to serving our schools and community with integrity, openness, and care.
